The palme charter

The commune has signed a PALME quality charter with its partners that will appear in appendix to each sale agreement. The charter is basically a plan of action on how to protect the environment and how to provide excellent service to companies.

By default, each investor adheres automatically to the PALME charter and becomes a member of the follow-up committee, enabling them to participate in the running of the business park and, if they so wish, to express their requirements in terms of auxiliary business services.

Public-sector site management

Construction work was carried out in one sequence by the municipality and all the business park’s common areas (roads, networks, green areas) belong to the public domain. Therefore, there is no owners consortium and no co-ownership costs. The upkeep of the common green areas will therefore be financed by the Coquelles commune. - Assistance in setting up

No archaeological restrictions

No archaeological restrictions

All units are free from archaeological restrictions. We could never have accepted that an investor be delayed because of archaeological excavations. Therefore, we decided to go ahead with all compulsory investigations on the whole of the site before we began to commercialise it. These operations were carried out in two sequences: January 2006 and October 2006.

Shopping centres La Française - Coquelles

The Terrasses de Coquelles business park is situated very close to two European shopping centres, Cité Europe and Marques Avenue. There is no lack of choice, therefore, when it comes to shopping, eating and entertainment. Coquelles itself has many convenient services including a number of traditional retailers. People living and working in the town can also make use of the top-quality sporting infrastructure on offer.
